Vpress At The Print Show 2018

The Print Show returned to its natural home of Birmingham’s NEC earlier in September. As previous exhibitors, we were delighted to be back at this destination, and the visitor figures reflected with a bumper 5,976 attendees.

There’s No Other Party Like a Vpress Party

This was the year that Vpress decided to go bigger, taking a more prominent display at the show and launching a campaign to give away as many beers as possible – demonstrating our online ordering platform and giving personalised beer at the stand – courtesy of our partner Smart Print.

We went there with something to say this year. We showed new functionality, new partnerships and new demonstration material, and we have to say our visitors loved it!

The most popular demonstration items were text on a path on our beer labels and our API in a B2C setting. Both items were incredibly popular and left the Vpress team constantly busy throughout the day. But it didn’t end there. Sales Director, Kelvin Bell stopped tending bar every day to deliver his talk on the future opportunities in print using technology. It was very well attended for all three days and generated a lot of interest and questions.

Over the three days, we served over 300 bottles of beer to our visitors. We gave countless demonstrations and introductions to Vpress and our Coreprint solution. It was an incredible turnout of visitors and we met a number of friends, old and new.

After The Show…

As of now, the team at Vpress are working through following up with those contacts made. There has been such positive feedback from our visitors. Some attendees have told us that they haven’t even opened their beers yet. It has turned out to be a great keepsake and gift idea. (We must remember this in time for Christmas… hint hint!)

If you did miss us at The Print Show, and you really want to find out Vpress and what exciting things we’re doing with technology and print right now, you don’t have to leave disappointed. Contact us to organise a demonstration today.
